What Oseen provides
Oseen is an information discovery and publishing product that connects news, source metadata, topics, events and public profiles. Content may be incomplete, delayed, automated or supplied by third parties. Oseen is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial or emergency advice.
Accuracy and editorial decisions
We aim to identify sources, dates and corrections, but cannot warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free. We may label, correct, restrict, unpublish or remove material, and may suspend features to protect the service.
Your submissions
You must have the rights and authority to submit material. You retain ownership of your content, while granting Oseen a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, display, index and distribute it as needed to provide the feature you use. You are responsible for your submissions and any permissions or notices they require.
Prohibited use
Do not break laws, infringe rights, harass or threaten people, dox others, impersonate, manipulate search or engagement, spread malware, scrape or overload the service in a harmful way, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not upload unlawful or non-consensual intimate material, child sexual abuse material, or private data you lack authority to disclose.
Third-party content and links
Oseen may link to third-party websites and display publisher metadata. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and Oseen does not control third-party availability or content.
Availability and termination
Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We may limit or terminate access for violations, security risks or legal reasons. You may stop using Oseen at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Oseen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
